Reviving a luxury brand’s online presence
When fashion designer Monique Mathieu contacted us, her e-commerce site was struggling. Originally well-built, it had been left without maintenance for years — outdated modules, display errors, and missing login credentials were just the beginning. What started as a technical rescue quickly evolved into a complete digital transformation.
We rebuilt the website on WordPress, keeping its core database and customer data while redesigning the entire look to match the brand’s identity: Luxury Workwear with French elegance. We refreshed all content, product images, and SEO elements, and translated the site into five languages (English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish).
Beyond the website itself, we redefined Monique Mathieu’s communication strategy — from logo creation and social media updates to advertising campaigns and audience targeting. The result: a coherent, modern brand presence aligned with its true market focus — the United States — and ready to grow globally.
